Deluxe Window Cleaning provides domestic and commercial window cleaning and associated exterior cleaning services through a network of local teams.

Quotes & bookings

Quotes are free and given in good faith based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary if the property differs from what was described. Your local team will confirm before any chargeable work.

Regular rounds & payment

• Regular cleans run on a 4 or 8 weekly cycle and continue until cancelled.
• Payment for regular rounds is collected via our payment provider after each clean.
• You can cancel a regular round at any time by contacting your local team.

Access & satisfaction

Please ensure safe access on your scheduled day. If you're not happy with a clean, let us know within 48 hours and we'll return to put it right — see our complaints procedure.

Liability

We are fully insured. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
