We aim to provide a reliable, high-quality service every visit. If something isn't right, we want to know so we can put it right quickly.
How to raise a complaint
Please contact your local team directly, or get in touch with head office on 0333 22 20 22 or info@deluxewindowcleaning.co.uk. Tell us your name, address, the date of the clean and what went wrong.
What happens next
- We'll acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days.
- Where possible we'll arrange a re-clean or resolution within 5 working days.
- If we need longer to investigate, we'll keep you updated on progress.
Not satisfied?
If you're unhappy with our response, ask for your complaint to be escalated to the franchisor. We're committed to resolving every issue fairly.
