• To manage payments where you sign up to a regular round (handled by our payment provider).

Sharing & retention

We only share your enquiry details with the local Deluxe team covering your area. We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to provide our service and meet our legal obligations.

To estimate your approximate location for our area map, your IP address is sent to our geolocation provider (ipwho.is) at the moment the map loads; this may involve a transfer outside the UK. We do not store your IP address, and we rely on our legitimate interest in helping you find your nearest team. No location data is used for any other purpose.
